We aren't what we think

We aren't what we think.
To think to be our thoughts is an illusion and is deadly, always brings to pain, to escape this pain, to a fake and a facade life.
Our world is becoming not else than a facade, railways and hospital for example are building nice waiting rooms and luxury shops, forgetting that the essential, the heart, are trains.
The solution is simple, we are not what we think, let's stop thoughts, let's not give them that power that they have on us and lets hear our inside.
Thinking is an usefull tool to understand oneself, but to identify oneself with our thoughts is like to identify oneself with the plate and not with the nice food on it.
